1 stick butter, salted or unsalted
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp instant coffee
¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all purpose flour
¼ tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium size saucepan, set to medium heat. Melt the butter, whisk in the cocoa powder and instant coffee. Once completely combined, whisk in the chocolate chips until fully melted and combined. Turn the heat off. Set aside.
Beat the eggs, granulated and brown sugar and the vanilla extract. Then, slowly whisk in the chocolate mixture.
Slowly incorporate the flour and salt into the wet mixture.
Spray an 8x8 square baking dish with nonstick spray, pour the batter and bake for about 22 minutes. Once done, let it cool before cutting. Enjoy!
