Crispy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

A tasty shareable appetizer for game day and only requires minimal ingredients.

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos


  • 2 chicken breast, boiled, shredded (2 ½ cups)

  • ½ tsp garlic seasoning salt

  • ¾ cup hot buffalo sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup sliced green onions

  • 24 corn tortillas

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and drizzle oil on a sheet pan.

  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic seasoning, buffalo hot sauce, cheese, green onion, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Lightly warm the tortillas so they’re pliable. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll it up, place fold down on the sheet pan. (You should fit about a dozen) Make sure the taquitos are spaced out.

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Repeat with the next batch.

  5. Once they’re out of the oven, drizzle more buffalo sauce on top and serve with ranch dipping sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
